I’m a 28-year-old digital nomad, entrepreneur, and passionate traveler. I created this blog to share my journey, experiences, and insights about living a life of freedom while building and managing remote teams around the globe. Let’s explore this exciting world together!
My Story: From Burnout to Living the Dream
Discovering the World of Online Marketing
Working relentlessly in the financial sector, I clocked in 50-60 hours a week. I enjoyed helping people and connecting with them, but it drained me. In 2012, I stumbled upon the concept of making money online, and it opened a whole new world for me.
Although working online and making money via the internet had a reputation for being a scam, I knew there had to be legitimate opportunities out there. So, I started growing and selling Instagram pages for small profits.
In 2015, while searching for ways to monetize Instagram pages beyond selling them, I discovered the world of dropshipping and e-commerce. The the idea blew my mind: putting proucts on your website, selling them without holding inventory and only buying them once you’ve been paid?! – Yessir!
The Struggles, The Breakthrough, and The Mentor
Although it sounded great, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I lost a lot of money trying to make it work and was almost about to give up. This was it with the dropshipping dream already? No way, I’ll make this work! My determination paid off when I found my first mentor. He guided me and helped me turn my business around. This was when I also learned the importance of seeking guidance from someone who’s achieved what you aspire to.
Since then, I’ve ventured into YouTube automation (love it), social media management for local gyms, Merch by Amazon, and more. I’ve also become a successful Media Buyer, managing budgets of over 10 million euros in Adspend for renowned brands like Amazon Prime, Dyson, AIDA Cruise, Johnson & Johnson, and Spotify, among others.
Realizing I was still juggling multiple roles in my businesses, I knew something had to change. I decided to start outsourcing and automating tasks to create more free time and focus on the essentials: big decisions, new ideas, and of course, watching Netflix ?.
Now I run a sunglasses brand, a marketing/recruitment agency, a youtube channel and a couple more things.
The Highs and Lows of Remote Work
Building remote teams in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, the United States, Bosnia, Georgia, China, Albania, and more has been a rollercoaster ride. While I faced challenges like people suddenly not showing up anymore, tasks not being done properly, or dishonesty about work hours, I had to developed methods and processes to tackle these issues. The journey of learning and growing never stops.
The Purpose of This Blog
I started this blog to share my insights about hiring remote teams, especially overseas. I realized more and more that many people still have a very negative perception of remote teams and are still hesitate to embrace remote work, even post-pandemic, but I want to show you the incredible opportunities it can bring to your business and your life.
Running multiple companies with remote teams has given me the ultimate freedom. I travel 30-50% of the year, exploring the world. In the first quarter of 2022 alone, I visited three continents and four countries!

I’ve built and managed e-commerce stores on platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
